History
Established in 2013.
We started in Sept 2013. Our team comprises various ethnicities, India, Nepal and Jordan!!. We started off cooking eclectic dishes including serving Thai on Mondays and Lamb shanks and whole lamb roasts on Fridays. Though we had fun cooking, after realizing that AMC patrons are looking for simple and quick lunch, we have sobered down a bit and we now serve a few popular indian dishes along with falafel and shawarma.

This is a fun project and we are learning as we go. Of course we stumbled many a times on our way to get better. We have deliciously served our crazy menu to 100s and 1000s of Anschutz Doctors, Nurses, Students and Staff. We will keep having fun. Meanwhile, dont forget us, come give us a try for lunch and catering. When we go wrong, tell us to our face, we will listen and fix it asap. We are here to have fun taking care of your lunch, and we need you to stay that way.
