Chaman Kabob is named after “Chaman-i-Hozori,” a park in downtown Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, where families gathered frequently to celebrate many memorable occasions.
Inspired by her visit to Afghanistan, and knowing that people appreciate and long for authentic food using traditional recipes, founder Mezhgan Aryen enlisted the help of her sister and co-founder Nazanin Fazli and brother Abdullah Fazli, executive chef, to bring a piece of Afghanistan to Brentwood.
