When Monica and her husband Jayson Smith moved to Atlanta in 1991, they’ve always imaged it would be this way today. They set out from New York City to provide and better life for their children and to serve healthy food to their community. Fast forward to the present and Mr. and Mrs. Smith did and are continuing to do just that.
