Paul the owner and the founder of New Taj Palace has experience of Indian cooking for over 25 years. In 2002, Paul opened his first restaurant in Bakersfield, CA. In 2016, New Taj Palace was opened with support of his wife and three daughters. They both are immigrated from Punjab, India. Paul has three daughters who also helps him operating the restaurant. Paul believes in not only providing authentic North Indian dishes, but also to provide customers with a comfortable dine-in experience.
