“Nice chill vibe inside. The paneer wrap was way overpriced ($12.95?!) for a little paneer and lettuce, would not get again. I got medium level spice and it was just right. The STAR of the show was the cassava peri fries, deeeelish!! Would def order these again and again. Yum yum yum.“

#1 Jay Jay’s Bistro
Jay Jay’s Bistro is at #1 on the list of halal restaurants in Detroit

Halal status:
All meat is halal
Address:
2995 E Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI
Review:
“This place is just a mile away from my parent’s house and I’ve been coming here regularly for years. It’s definitely a top spot for me in Troy to continuously visit. It’s great for all meals, with the brunch menu, as well as regular lunch and dinner. They have great prices and the portions are enough for two meals. They serve a huge variety of food, from regular American food and pastas to more middle eastern cuisine. It’s always worth stopping by. I personally love the kafta kabob and regularly order platters from here for my family.“
