“Le Damas in Slough is a great place to go for authentic Lebanese cuisine. The shawarma is particularly delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming and will guide you through what’s in each dish if you don’t quite understand the menu. Didn’t cost too much either. Very reasonable. They will even do off menu food for kids etc so another plus point. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“I have been twice and both times had the same experience. The food is delicious. Lamb shank is melt in the mouth – everything we tried was amazing. Service really lets this place down. Staff look uninterested and service was so slow even though it wasn’t busy both times we went. We had to ask repeatedly for the bill, or for our sides to be brought to our table when we could see them going cold on the kitchen counter. If the service was better it would definitely be 5*!“
