“I wont judge a franchise by a single location, so all im gonna talk about is the food. The good : The chicken is big on flavor, it’s very flavorful. Though it’s more salty than I prefer, it tastes like straight up down home cooking. The chicken pieces are huge. Maybe the biggest pieces I’ve gotten at any chain chicken joint ever. The chicken portion sizes will not leave you disappointed. Only had the mashed potatoes with the debris gravy (awesome gravy title) but it was good. The not so good : My only disparage is that the breading on the chicken, though be it flavorful…, is just too salty. If the salt was reduced by 50%, it would rock. I’ll be back, to try the catfish and the rest of the sides“
