Emad Elshmoury is the founder and owner of Yeg Burger, a famous burger joint in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. From a very young age, Emad enjoyed cooking and preparing lunch for his siblings before school. After spending a few years in Real Estate and Operations Management, he turned his passion for cooking and feeding others into reality by establishing Yeg Burger.
